Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
VoxBridge Communications, Inc. ("VoxBridge," "we," "us," or "our") provides Cloud PBX, SIP Trunking, and Call Center technology to businesses around the world. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of voxbridge.us and to customers using the VoxBridge platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three general ways: information you give us directly, information generated by your use of our services, and information collected automatically when you browse our website.
- Account & contact details: name, work email, phone number, company name, and billing address when you request a quote, sign up, or contact our team.
- Service & usage data: call metadata (duration, routing, timestamps), extension and seat configuration, and platform diagnostics needed to deliver and support the service. VoxBridge does not record or store call audio content unless a customer explicitly enables call recording on their own account.
- Website analytics: pages visited, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and referring source, collected through standard analytics and log files.
- Cookies: small files used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly without them.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to provision and maintain your voice services, respond to support and sales inquiries, send account and billing notices, improve network reliability and call quality, detect fraud or abuse on our network, and, where you've opted in, send product updates or promotional communications. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Information
We share data only where necessary to operate the service: with underlying carrier and infrastructure partners to complete call routing, with payment processors to handle billing, with subprocessors who support our platform under confidentiality obligations, and when required to comply with a valid legal request, court order, or regulatory obligation such as lawful-intercept or emergency-services (E911) routing requirements.
4. Data Retention
Call detail records and billing data are retained for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and telecom-regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Marketing and website analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
5. Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, network monitoring, and regular security review, to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No system is completely immune to risk, and we encourage customers to use strong credentials and enable available account security features.
6. International Transfers
Because VoxBridge operates a global carrier network, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards to protect data transferred internationally.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Additional Rights for Users in India (DPDP Act)
If you are located in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") gives you additional rights as a Data Principal over the personal data VoxBridge processes as a Data Fiduciary. Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, that consent is free, specific, informed, and limited to the stated purpose, and you may withdraw it at any time with the same ease with which it was given, without affecting processing already carried out. You have the right to access a summary of your personal data and the processing activities we carry out, to request correction or erasure of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements such as telecom and tax recordkeeping), to nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, and to file a grievance with us before escalating to the Data Protection Board of India. To exercise any of these rights or raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]; we aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
VoxBridge services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
11. Contact Us
