Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and voice communication platform operated by VoxBridge Communications, Inc. ("VoxBridge," "we," "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
VoxBridge provides hosted Cloud PBX, SIP Trunking, dialer, and call center software and related voice infrastructure (the "Service"). Specific features, minute allowances, seat counts, and pricing for your account are set out in your order form, service agreement, or the plan you select at signup, and form part of these Terms.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive traffic, including robocalling in violation of applicable telemarketing or do-not-call laws; spoof caller ID with intent to defraud or cause harm; originate traffic that violates carrier or regulatory anti-spam/anti-robocall frameworks (including STIR/SHAKEN and traceback obligations); or attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the integrity of our network. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to violate this section, with or without notice, where necessary to protect network integrity or comply with law.
4. Fees & Billing
Fees are billed according to the plan and billing cycle selected at signup or in your order form. Usage-based charges (such as per-minute rates) are calculated from our network call detail records, which are the authoritative source for billing disputes absent demonstrable error. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and regulatory surcharges unless stated otherwise.
5. Emergency Calling (E911)
VoIP-based emergency calling has limitations that differ from traditional landline service, including dependency on registered address accuracy and power/internet availability at the calling location. Customers are responsible for keeping the registered service address current in the dashboard to support accurate emergency call routing.
6. Service Availability
We target the uptime commitment described in your order form or service level agreement. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where practical; the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to factors outside our reasonable control, including upstream carrier outages, internet service provider issues, or force majeure events.
7. Intellectual Property
VoxBridge retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all underlying software, branding, and documentation. Customer retains all rights to its own data and call content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's pre-existing intellectual property.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service in accordance with the notice period in the applicable order form or service agreement. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that creates legal, security, or network-integrity risk.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxBridge disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by Customer in the three months preceding the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separately signed service agreement specifies otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated by email or in-dashboard notice.
12. Contact
